1.Transporting your package
Parcels are usually shipped within 48 hours after receiving your payment. The standard shipping method is the Colissimo followed, handed without signature, colissimo recommended with signature, followed letter. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible a link that will allow you to track your parcel delivery online.
Express delivery: we work with a platform that offers us the possibility to work with DHL or UPS in express delivery and thus offer you competitive rates for a delivery in 24h for France.
It is possible that for any reason directly linked to the carrier (technical problem) your parcel could exceed the stated delivery time and in no case ULIMITED FIGHTWEAR could be held responsible.
2.Warranty and Liability
The User acknowledges that UNLIMITED FIGHTWEAR does not intervene at any time in the process of conveyance of the Parcel by the Transporter. The Company's services consist solely of making the User benefit from favorable rates from Carriers and transmitting to the Transporter the User's Order as validated by him. The Company will then make its best efforts to ensure that the Carrier performs the Order in accordance with the instructions transmitted by the User. Consequently, the Company is not bound by any obligation of result concerning the delivery of the Parcel by the Carrier. Consequently, only the Carrier's liability may be incurred as a result of improper performance or non-performance during the delivery of the parcel.
Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. They can contain a fixed part and a variable part according to the price or the weight of your order. We advise you to consolidate your purchases into a single order. We can not group two separate orders and you will have to pay the shipping costs for each. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken to the package containing fragile products.
Return & Exchange
A product ordered on the site does not perfectly fit your size? No problem ! You will find hereafter all the explanations to exchange your article. Defective, damaged products:
Return within 7 days. If your products are defective on arrival, you have 7 days from receipt to notify us. First, please contact us by phone or email, then return the non-conforming product with the purchase invoice to the following address: email@example.com
Ensure that all goods are properly packaged and packaged as we can not be held responsible for any product damaged during shipment.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging. Once we have verified the non-compliance, we will proceed with a replacement or a refund in the form of a credit note.
Can I exchange a product if it does not suit me?
You can return your items within 14 days from receipt of your order. Returns must be made only by postal operators. All returned items will be checked. They must be unused, new, with the label and in their original packaging, in order to be marketed again on our site. Hygiene products and underwear (shell and shell, mask, tooth protector, etc.), personalized products at the request of the buyer and food products are neither taken back nor exchanged.
You must imperatively enclose your invoice with your parcel and mention your order number. This number is visible in your customer account, under "Order history & details" and in the order confirmation mail.
Any return not respecting the conditions mentioned above, will be able to be refused by our services.
The products sold are neither taken back nor exchanged.
UNLIMITED FIGHTWEAR proposes 3 possibilities, in case of return:

I asked for a product exchange, should I pay a shipping fee again?
As part of our Customer Satisfaction Policy, if the return is due to an order picking error or a defective product, please contact UNLIMITED FIGHTWEAR Customer Service by phone at 06 52 90 87 92 or by email : firstname.lastname@example.org We will send you a postage stamped Colissimo label, only if you reside in metropolitan France.
For all other reasons, the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
The costs of returning an exchanged product are taken in full by UNLIMITED FIGHTWEAR, provided that it is sent to the same address and to the same addressee as the initial order. The cost of redirecting heavy and / or bulky items will be at our discretion, on a case by case basis.
Items not delivered:
Items rejected or undelivered will be returned to us by the sender. If you wish to return the item, we will do so subject to payment of a standard shipping fee. If you do not ask us to return it, we treat your order as canceled and refund the amount paid less a standard shipping fee.
