📦 Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are shipped within 48 business hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

📬 Available Delivery Methods

  • Colissimo Tracked (without signature)

  • Colissimo Registered (with signature)

  • Tracked Letter (for small items)

  • Chronopost Express 24h (within mainland France)

A tracking link will be emailed to you as soon as your package is dispatched.

⏱️ Express Delivery with Chronopost
We offer 24h express shipping with Chronopost.
Please note: delays may occur due to issues beyond our control (technical failures, logistics blockages, etc.). UNLIMITED FIGHTWEAR cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the carrier.

💰 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees include:

  • Packaging

  • Handling

  • Postal charges

They are calculated automatically at checkout based on weight, order total, and destination.

Free shipping on orders in France over €70 (mainland France only).
For orders below this amount, shipping fees are borne by the customer.

⚠️ Non-Receipt or Carrier Return

  • Package not picked up at relay point (Chronopost): a flat fee of €12.90 will be charged for reshipment.

  • If you prefer a refund, a €19.90 deduction will apply (to cover round-trip transport costs).

  • For refused or undelivered parcels, a €10 fee will be deducted from your refund.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

👕 Wrong size or doesn’t fit?
No worries! You have 14 days after receipt to return the item.

Return conditions:

  • Item must be new, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags and packaging required

  • Include the invoice and order number inside the package

  • Return via postal service only

❗ Non-returnable items:

  • Underwear, groin guards, mouthguards, masks

  • Customized items (embroidery, printing)

  • Food products

  • Sale items (eligible for store credit only)

We’ll send you a prepaid return label (mainland France only) and proceed with an exchange or refund after inspection.

🔄 EXCHANGES

If the item doesn’t suit you:

✅ You have two options:

  • Store Credit: added to your customer account – valid for 1 year

  • Refund: issued to the original payment method (7 to 10 business days after processing)

📬 Exchange-related fees:

  • For exchanges, reshipping costs are your responsibility

  • For heavy/bulky items, additional charges may apply at the company’s discretion
