General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1: Scope and Acceptance of the GTC

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter “GTC”) govern all sales concluded between UNLIMITED FIGHTWEAR (hereinafter “the Company”) and any individual or legal entity (hereinafter “the Customer”) making a purchase via the websites www.kimonojiujitsu.fr, jiujitsushop.fr, gatame.fr, doguera.com or any other sales channel operated by the Company.

By confirming any order, the Customer fully, unconditionally, and irrevocably accepts these GTC.
In the event of changes to the GTC, the applicable version is the one in effect on the date of the order.

Article 2: Products and Availability

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photos, illustrations, and descriptions are for reference only and do not constitute a contractual commitment by the Company.

All product offers and prices are valid while stocks last.
If a product is unavailable after order confirmation, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and may:

  • Accept an equivalent product of similar value,

  • Request a full refund (processed within 7 business days).

Article 3: Prices

Prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (TTC), excluding delivery fees.

UNLIMITED FIGHTWEAR reserves the right to change prices at any time, while guaranteeing the rate in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery charges are specified at checkout and vary based on the selected shipping method.

Article 4: Order Process

The order process on the website includes several steps (adding to cart, identification, delivery selection, and payment), allowing the Customer to verify and correct any errors before final confirmation.

An order becomes final and binding once confirmed by email.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order from a Customer with a history of disputes or payment incidents.

Article 5: Payment and Security

Accepted Payment Methods:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, CB) via a secure payment platform (Caisse d’Épargne Côte d’Azur)

  • PayPal

  • Bank transfer (details provided during checkout)

  • 3x or 4x installments by card via Oney Bank (for purchases between €100 and €3,000)

Payment Security:
All transactions are secured through SSL encryption. No banking data is stored by UNLIMITED FIGHTWEAR.

Retention of Title:
Products remain the property of the Company until full payment is received. Risk is transferred to the Customer upon delivery.

Article 6: Shipping

Orders are shipped within mainland France and internationally via Colissimo, Chronopost, or other partner carriers.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Colissimo (France): 48–72 hours

  • Chronopost Express (France): 24 hours

  • International: Varies depending on the destination

If the recipient is absent, a delivery notice will be left. The Customer has 15 days to retrieve the parcel.

Shipping delays caused by the carrier cannot result in damages or compensation. In case of proven loss, the Company will replace or refund the item.

Customs duties, local taxes, or other import fees are the Customer’s responsibility for deliveries outside the EU.

If a parcel is returned due to an incomplete address, the Customer must pay new shipping fees for reshipment.

Article 7: Warranty

All products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects.

If a defective or incorrect item is received, the Customer must contact customer service at sav@kimonojiujitsu.fr.

The product must be returned in its original packaging with the invoice, after approval from the customer service team. Return shipping will be refunded if the defect is confirmed.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse or improper maintenance.

Article 8: Liability

UNLIMITED FIGHTWEAR cannot be held liable for:

  • Force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, logistics crises, etc.)

  • Indirect damages or loss of business

  • Product incompatibility with Customer’s equipment

Article 9: Right of Withdrawal and Exchanges

In accordance with Articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day legal withdrawal period from the date of delivery to cancel the order without justification or penalty (excluding return shipping costs).

The item must be unused, unwashed, and non-customized, with original tags and packaging.

Non-returnable products:

  • Personalized items (embroidery, printing)

  • Sale items (eligible only for store credit)

Article 10: Disputes

These GTC are governed by French law.

In case of a dispute, the Customer is invited to contact customer service to seek an amicable resolution.
If no agreement is reached, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Article 11: Personal Data Protection

In accordance with the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679), the Customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, and port their personal data.

The Customer may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time via the provided link.

Article 12: Store Credit

Any store credit issued by UNLIMITED FIGHTWEAR is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Article 14: Payment in Installments (3x/4x)

Available via Oney Bank for purchases between €100 and €3,000.
